摘  要:针对进行停电作业时存在的安全措施不足的问题以及强化人们对严格地装设接地线重要性的认识,进行了10kV配电线路人工三相短路接地试验,通过在线路可靠和不可靠装设接地线时,突然三相来电、两相来电和单相来电,测试分析线路相间电压、相对地电压和跨步电压三项参数,对人体安全风险评估。结果显示,装设可靠的接地线对保障工作人员人身安全极其重要。Aiming at the problem of safety measures not enough for dead line works and to strengthen it to people to strictly follow the rule of installing grounding for the works, this paper carries out artificial three-phase grounded short-circuit tests on 10 kV distribution lines. The phase-to-phase phase-to-ground and step voltages are tested when there is suddenly a three-phase current on, a two-phase on or a single-phase on in both the cases where the grounding is reliable or unreliable, and the safety risks to the workers in these situations are assessed. The results show that it is of prime inportance to install reliable grounding for the workers.
