我国农产品反倾销主体缺位的原因与对策分析

摘　　要：中国作为农产品贸易大国,被世界各国指控为农产品倾销数量最多的国家之一。但由于农产品反倾销主体的缺位,导致我国对进口农产品申请反倾销胜诉案件极少。我国农产品反倾销主体缺位的原因存在于反倾销立法、农产品生产和经营模式以及农产品行业协会发展现状等方面,应该从多方面入手,采取相应的措施填补我国农产品反倾销主体的缺位,促进我国农业经济的健康快速发展。Being a big agricultural products trader, China is accused as one of the maximum dumping communities of agricultural products in the world. Because of the applicant absence, we rarely won in anti - dumping of agricultural products. The reasons of applicant absence existed in our anti - rural producing and business models and agribusiness associations, etc.We should take steps to fill up our absence of applicants to accelerate our agriculture developing quickly and healthily.
