摘　　要：[目的]为了解通辽市性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病知识知晓、性行为及性病艾滋病感染情况,为性病艾滋病预防与控制提供依据。[方法]对2010年通辽市疾病预防控制中心性病门诊男性就诊者进行调查,并进行HIV和梅毒抗体检测。[结果]调查400人,年龄17-40岁者占83.50%。最近3个月,有389人曾与配偶或固定女性性伴发生过性行为,性行为时每次都使用安全套的占27.25%;与暗娼发生过性行为的占27.75%,性行为时每次都使用安全套的占30.63%,平均每人有性伴1.5-5个。发生同性行为的7人,性行为时每次都使用安全套的0人。艾滋病相关知识知晓率为67.75%。400人中,检出HIV抗体阳性者2例,阳性检出率为0.50%;检出梅毒抗体阳性者18例,检出率4.50%。[结论]通辽市性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病知识知晓率较低,具有较高的无保护的危险性行为。[Objective]To understand the HIV/AIDS related knowledge,behaviors,HIV and syphilis infection among males attendants to STD clinics in Tongliao city,so as to provide basis for strategies for HIV and STD control and prevention.[Methods]Anonymous questionnaire was made to male attendants to STD clinics in Tongliao City Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2010,and HIV and syphilis infection were obtained from their blood samples.[Results]Those aged 17to 40 years accounted for 83.50% among 400 cases,389 had consorts or fixed partners,27.25% using condom every time when they had sex behaviors with consorts or fixed partners in the last3 months,male attendants had sex behaviors with CSW accounted for 27.75% and 64.86 % using condom every time when they had sex behaviors,every one of them had 1.5-5 sexual partners.7 had sex behaviors with CSW,no one used condom every time when they had sex behaviors with MSM,the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was 67.75%,2 samples were confirmed to have been infected with HIV,the HIV prevalence was 0.50%,18 samples were confirmed to have been infected with syphilis,the syphilis prevalence was 4.50%.[Conclusion]The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge is lower among males attendants to STD clinics in Tongliao Center for Disease Control and Prevention,and they have higher unprotected dangerous behavior.
