摘 要:异黄酮化合物广泛存在多种植物中,具有植物雌激素、抗癌、抗病毒、抗菌等生物活性。以对苯二酚和苯乙酸为原料,用三氟化硼乙醚作溶剂和催化剂,在C1试剂DMF/PCl5体系中经两步反应合成6-羟基异黄酮。对第一步反应尝试利用微波进行合成,并探索反应温度、辐射时间、三氟化硼的用量对产率的影响。最佳条件为:温度为95℃,时间为15 min,BF3-Et2O的用量为25 mL。在最佳条件进行微波合成产率为84.9%。结果表明,在微波的辐射下,第一步的时间大大地缩短了,而产率也有所提高。Isofiavones which exist in many plants are known to possess many biological activities such as antibacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial activities. 6-hydroxylisoflavone we was synthesized by a two-step reaction from hydroquinone and phenylacetic acid using Cl reagent and BF3-Et2O as a solvent and catalyst. The first step of the reaction have been conducted radiation. The effects of temperature, radiation time and BF3-Et2O usage on the yield of 6-hydroxylisoflavone have been studied respectively. Best conditions: temperature of 95℃, time for 15 min, BF3-Et2O usage for 25 mL. The reaction yield was 75.3 % under microwave irradiation. The results indicated that the time was much shorter when the first-step reaction was conducted under the microwave irradiation than traditional organic synthetic method, even its yield increased a little.
