摘  要:文章着重研究了向相同的纯锶铁氧体预烧料中添加不同类型的分散剂,以考察分散剂对球磨料浆粒径分布的影响,并对所制样品进行了磁性能测试、扫描电镜(SEM)分析和X射线衍射(XRD)分析等。结果表明,相对未添加分散剂的磁铁氧体,掺入分散剂的磁材其磁性能都得到了较大的提高。通过比较发现,在保持相同的球磨粒径下,几种不同类型的分散剂A20、葡萄糖酸钙、山梨糖醇和抗坏血酸当中,对非La-Co锶铁氧体磁性能影响最大的是葡萄糖酸钙,其最佳掺入量为0.5 wt%。文章对磁材晶体结构和表面形貌也做了进一步的研究。In the paper, we focus our attention on the effect of dispersants to the magnetic properties of pre-sintermg material of strontium ferrite, and the effect on the ball size ditribution of abrasive slurry were examined. Magnetic properties and surface morphology of prepared samples were tested and examined by magnetometer, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), et al. Comparing with no dispersant added case, the results showed that the magnetic properties of the samples added with incorporation dispersant had been greatly improved. For the same milling size samples and different dispersants of A20, calcium gluconate, sorbitol and ascorbic acid as well, we found that calcium gluconate showed a greatest impact on strontium ferrite, and the best incorporation concentration was about 0.5 wt%. Meanwhile, the crystal structure and surface morphology of the magnets are investigated carefully.
