摘 要:随着工业的发展,湿度大、粘性大的粉尘或者泥浆状的矿粉尘的处理成为人们所关注和研究的焦点。而干式卸灰阀不适用于这些粉尘,文章开发研究出一种新型卸灰阀,阐述了新型卸灰阀的结构及原理,并分析了卸灰阀易堵塞的主要影响因素,并对搭桥、堵塞等问题提出了相应的改善措施。With the development of industry, the treatment of dust with great humidity and great viscosity becomes the focus of research. However, the dry cindervalve is not suitable for these dusts. Therefore, a new cindervalve was developed in the study, and the structure and the principles of which was introduced. Besides, the influence factor on block of the new cindervalve was analyzed, and some corresponding improvement measures to bridge or block was put forwards.
