摘  要:微波消解技术是近年来发展迅速的一项新的样品前处理技术。与传统的加热/加压消解、强酸消解等方法相比,虽然微波消解法不是国标方法,但它具有操作简单、安全快速、消解完全等优点。文章采用微波消解法测定不同类型水样中的总磷,并与国标方法中的高温高压—过硫酸钾消解法进行比对试验。结果表明,两种方法测定的结果具有一致性,说明微波消解法测定水中总磷具是一种准确可行的方法。Microwave digestion technology has been developed rapidly in recent years, and it's a new sample pretreatment technology. Compared with the traditional heating / pressurizing digestion or acid digestion, although microwave digestion is not an international standard method, it has the advantages of simple operation, safe and fast, complete digestion etc. By using microwave digestion method for the determination of total phosphorus in different types of water samples, and with the international standard method of the high temperature and high pressure - potassium persulfate digestion method comparison test. The results showed that, two methods for the determination of results had consistency; microwave digestion method for the determination of total phosphorus in water is a kind of rapid and accurate method.
