高效液相色谱法测定桃红通脉颗粒中芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱法测定桃红通脉颗粒中芍药苷含量。方法采用Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相：甲醇-水（35∶65）,流速：1.0 ml/min,紫外检测波长：230 nm,进样量：10μl。结果芍药苷在0.1-1.0μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为100.24%,RSD为0.69%（n=9）。结论本法精密度好,结果准确、可靠、灵敏,可用于桃红通脉颗粒的含量测定。Objective To develop an high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of the content of Taohongtongmai Granules.Methods The agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） was used with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water（35∶65）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.Results The calibration curve of paeoniflorin was 0.1-1.0 μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 100.24%,and RSD was 0.69%（n=9）.Conclusion This method is accurate,reliable and sensitive.It can be used for quality control of Taohongtongmai Granules.
