摘  要:为保障伊宁市周边原料乳生产安全,同时为原料乳重金属污染模型数据库建立提供基础依据。在伊宁市周边不同规模养殖场采集农区水样、玉米秸秆、混合精料和原料奶,检测其重金属水平,分析其富集规律。在采集农区水样、玉米秸秆、混合精料和原料奶样品中发现铅、镉、汞和砷水平均未超过国家容许最高标准,且按食物链富集规律递增。伊宁市原料乳生产中各环节重金属水平均未超过国家标准,且大型养殖场样品中重金属水平远低于养殖小区和散养户。The research was made for the security of raw milk in Yining City,and to provide basic basis for establishing model database of heavy metal pollution of raw milk.After collecting water samples,corn-straw,mixed concentrate and raw milk,detecting the level of heavy metal and analyzing its enrichment regularity in agro-forestry in different scale dairy farms around Yining City,it was found that the level of Pb,Cd,As and Hg were not more than the highest standards that country allowed and increased according to the enrichment regularity of the food chain in collecting water samples,corn-straw,concentrated and raw milk.The level of heavy metals were not more than national standard level in each link of raw milk production in Yining City,and heavy metal level of samples in large farms were far lower than that in the scale farms and the free-ranges.
