精液对阴道分泌物6项生化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨精液对阴道分泌物生化指标的影响。方法将适量精液分别与过氧化氢、白细胞酯酶、唾液酸苷酶、脯氨酸氨基肽酶、乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶5项全为阴性的正常阴道分泌物或5项全为阳性的异常阴道分泌物混匀后进行生化检测,观察精液对反应结果的影响。结果正常阴道分泌物混有精液后pH明显升高,过氧化氢、白细胞酯酶、乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶出现假阳性;酶反应阳性的阴道分泌物混有精液后各生化指标未受影响。结论精液能使阴道分泌物pH升高,部分生化指标出现假阳性。进行阴道分泌物生化指标检测采样时必须避免精液污染。Objective To investigate the influence of semen on the detection of using Vaginitis Multitest.Methods Semen were mixed into vaginal discharge,which were negative or posotive in hydrogen peroxide,leukocyte esterase,neuraminidase,proline aminopeptidase and acetyl glucosaminidase,and observe the semen influence to vaginitis multitest.Results Compared with the control group,pH was significantly higher,hydrogen peroxide,leukocyte esterase and acetyl glucosaminidase appear false positive,and the results of the specimens whose five items above were all positive were not influenced after mixing with semen.Conclusions Semen could rise pH and the false rate of partly biochemical parameter in detection of vaginal discharge.Therefore,vaginal discharge should not be contaminated by semen before use.
