摘  要:介绍了中压汽提塔冷凝液氨回收的工艺流程、主要设备;分析了试车和生产运行中出现加压泵气化、冷凝液换热器封头泄漏、中压汽提塔塔盘脱落等问题的原因;提出了加压泵壳体上增设排气阀、冷凝液换热器封头垫片表面整体镀银、中压汽提塔塔盘加防转片等项改造措施;结果表明:通过技术改造冷凝液可作为脱盐水利用,合成氨产量增加2 t/d。Author has introduced the process flow and main equipment for ammonia recovery from middle pressure stripper condensate;has analyzed the reasons of the problems existing in commission and production about gasification of medium of pressurizing pump,leakage of head of condensate heater,tray falling off of middle pressure stripper etc.;has proposed the reforming measures of these aspects of adding venting valve on the case of pressurizing pump,silver coating integrally at gasket surface of the head of condensate heater,adding anti-rotating piece etc.;result indicates that the condensate can be used as demineralized water after technical reformation,the synthetic ammonia production can be increased by 2 t/d.
