热传导银质针皮内针刺治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察热传导银质针皮内针刺治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床效果。方法:60例老年带状疱疹后神经痛患者,随机分为两组:观察组(热银针治疗组,n=30)和对照组(神经阻滞组,患者n=30)。两组患者均根据疼痛部位选择相应的神经阻滞方法,隔日1次。观察组在对照组的基础上在皮损区或色素沉着区实施热传导银质针皮内针刺治疗。结果:治疗后两组患者与治疗前比较,观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组止痛时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:热银针皮内针刺治疗带状疱疹后神经痛疗效确切,是一种镇痛迅速、简便易行且安全的治疗方法。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of intradermal acupuncture treatment with heat conduction silver needles on postherpetic neuralgia.Methods： Sixty elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomized into two groups,the observation group（silver needle treatment group,n=30） and the control group（nerve block group,n=30）.Patients in both groups received nerve block once every other day.Besides,the patients in the observation group received additional intradermal acupuncture treatment with heat conduction silver needles on skin lesional or pigmentation area.Results： The VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment.There was statistical difference（P0.05）.The time for odynolysis in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： The curative effect of intradermal acupuncture treatment with heat conduction silver needles on postherpetic neuralgia is a good,quick,safe and easily applicable method to relieve pain of the patients.
