摘 要:碳补偿机制在中国构建低碳城市进程中有积极的意义。首先,本文介绍了何为碳补偿,并以北京市零碳车贴为例,运用博弈论以及图像分析法对碳补偿机制进行了简要分析,其次,本文运用SWOT分析法分析了碳补偿机制的优劣势。最后,本文提出了几点建议来更好地促进碳补偿机制的实施推广。碳补偿具有其特点并且在近年来越来越受到欢迎,本文重点即认识碳补偿,了解碳补偿,以达到建立合理的碳补偿机制的目的。The carbonneutral system has been playing a significant role in the process of China's constructing low-carbon cities. Firstly, the article introduces the definition of "carbonneutral" and takes the Beijing zero-carbon auto allowance as an example. By using the game theory and image analysis, it lays a brief analysis of the "carbon compensation system". Secondly, the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of carbon compensation system through using the SWOT analysis method. Lastly, the author raises several points to better promote the implementation of the carbon compensation system. The carbon compensation has its own characteristics and has been increasingly popular for the recent years.
