摘　　要：水轮发电机组在经过多年的运行后,会出现运行性能、可靠性、出力率下降等问题,需要进行更新改造。简述了几个典型水电站机组改造更新成功案例,归纳了改造的方向和手段。着重介绍机组改造更新过程中需要注意的几个问题。The era of hydroelectric power in the low-carbon economy undoubtedly has a unique advantage, but the generator set ＇after years of running, there will be running performance, reliability, output rate has dropped and so on. Briefly described a few typical success stories of Hydropower Station renovation, summarized the direction and means of transformation. Focuses on several issues that need attention in the process of unit renovation.
