摘　　要：中国古代法律伦理化是中国历史上特有的文化特征。法律与伦理道德的融合是中国封建专制特性的明显表现。本文就中国历史上法律伦理化的利弊得失作简要评价。Legal ethics in ancient China is a unique cultural feature in Chinese history. The merge of law and ethics is the obvious performance of feudalism in China. The article evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the legal ethics in Chinese history.
