摘　　要：高校学报是展示一所高校学术研究与人文气息的窗口,它除了具有一般学术期刊的性质外,还反映了高校的教学、科研及师资队伍的水平等。高校学报应科学合理定位,寻找特色,不断学习,不断创新,依托大学精神文化,结合优越的科研环境和浓厚的学术氛围,将高校学报建设成为高校学术研究与人文精神交流、宣传的平台。University journal is a window which is to show a university academic research and cultural atmosphere. It not only has the general nature of foreign academic journals, but also reflects the university＇s teaching, research and the level of teaching staff. University journal should be has a scientific and rational position, keep on learning and innovation, find featured. Building the University journal into the platform of academic research and human communication, relying on SpirituM Culture and excellent researeh environment and strong aeademie atmosphere.
