摘　　要：计算机、网络技术的不断发展,给图书馆信息技术和服务带来了巨大的变化,图书馆技术与服务不断创新,使图书馆更好地发挥了文献信息资源的保障作用,满足信息时代对图书馆建设和发展提出的新要求,同时也赋予了图书馆职业精神的新内涵。The development of computer and network has brought about great changes of information technology and services in Library.This makes the library play a better role in literature information resource,and meets the new requirements of library construction and development,while also endowed with new connotation of library vocational spirit.
