摘　　要：在新形势下,随着职业院校的高速发展,学校的在校生规模不断扩大,学校学生管理工作出现了许多新情况、新问题。如何适应新形势的要求,培养合格的专业技术人才是每个职业院校面临的新课题。本文分析了职业学院学生管理工作的现状以及存在的问题,重点论述了做好职业学院学生管理工作的措施。In the new situation,with the high speed development of vocational colleges,the scale of students continues to expand,and there are many new situation and questions for student management work.How to adapt to the demands of the new situation,cultivate qualified professional and technical personnel is the new topic that each vocational college faces.In this paper,the current situation and existing problems of vocational college student management work were analyzed,and corresponding measures were put forward.
