摘　　要：网络数字的到来,使知识管理成了人们热门关心的话题。知识管理在图书馆的应用将越来越受到重视。知识的采集、获取、使用和创新成了图书馆各项业务工作的主线,元数据的应用和普及,对于网络信息的描述、组织管理和服务有序化,形成知识库,对于数字图书馆的发展起到核心的作用。本文论述了知识管理的含义,说明知识管理在开展图书馆创新服务、资源配置中的应用,揭示其知识管理的功能。The advent of digital networks make the knowledge management have become a hot topic.The application of knowledge management in the Library will get more and more attention.The acquisition,access,use,and innovation of the knowledge has become the main line of operations of the library.The application and popularization of metadata has played a central role in description,organization and management and service ordering of information for network,the formation of the knowledge base,and the development of digital libraries.This article discusses the meaning of knowledge management,explains the application of knowledge management in carrying out innovative services for the library,the allocation of resources in library,and reveals the capabilities of knowledge management.
