摘　　要：低碳文化是低碳经济的基石,低碳经济催生了低碳文化,低碳经济的建设需要低碳文化的引领和约束。本文阐述了经济发展低碳的必然性,分析了文化和低碳经济的关联性,从世界观和行为生活文化两方面探讨低碳经济建设过程中低碳文化的应对方式,指出低碳文化是引领低碳经济实现的有效途径。Low-carbon culture is the base of low-carbon economy.Low-carbon economy promotes low-carbon culture.The construction of low-carbon economy needs the guidance and obligation.The inevitability of the development of low-carbon economy and the association of culture and low-carbon economy are discussed in this work.Low-carbon culture of world view and the culture of action and life is the method to promote low-carbon economy.
