摘　　要：按《GB 50017-2003》8.3.4,尝试采用理论公式推导其规定的合理性,找出一些规律。According to the specification of the information given by theoretical formulas,tries to use theoretical formula of the regulations to derivate the rationality of the regulations,and tries to find out a law.
