摘　　要：以西安某单位住宅小区热水采暖系统为例,论述了采用水力平衡阀和温控阀解决传统采暖系统中由于设计、施工等原因造成的热力管网温度不均的问题;并通过对比两种计量收费方式的优缺点,提出了适合此类传统采暖系统的热计量收费方案。The dissertation discusses a problem-solving process of uneven temperature distribution in a conventional heating network caused by system design and construction,based on a case of a hot water heating system in a residential unit in Xi＇an City,by using hydraulic balancing valves and temperature-controlled valves.The dissertation also put forward a heat metering and charging solution for this type of heating network through a comparison of advantages and disadvantages of two metering and charging methods.
