药品抽验管理模式探析

摘　　要：目的探讨药品抽验管理模式及其变化与药品抽验结果的关系,为药品监管部门提供决策参考。方法将辽宁省药品抽验管理模式从2004年确立到2010年不同时期的调整,与7年间药品抽验情况进行对比分析。结果与结论科学的药品抽验管理模式起到了以较低的投入取得较好监督效能的作用,运行中还需要不断创新,使其更加完善。Objective To investigate the drug sampling and testing management model,as well as the relationship between the changes of the drug sampling and testing management model and the results.The investigation will provide the patterns and ideas to supervise the drug markets more briefly by the department of Drugs Administration.Methods Comparing and analyzing the seven years drug sampling and testing work and adjustment in different periods from 2004 to 2010.Results and Conclusion The drug sampling and testing management model effectively administrates the drug markets with low inputs.Furthermore,science technology and innovation should be used in the process to improve the model.
