摘　　要：目的建立复方甘草片中磷酸可待因的含量测定法。方法色谱柱：Phenomenex C8;流动相：0.05mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-0.0025mol.L-1庚烷磺酸钠水溶液-乙腈（18∶18∶5）;检测波长：220nm,流速：1.5mL.min-1,进样量：10μL。结果磷酸可待因在1.998~9.990μg.mL-1范围内线性良好,r=0.9999（n=6）;平均回收率为100.0%（n=9,RSD为2.0%）。结论本法灵敏度高,重复性好,结果准确。Objective To establish a method using HPLC for determination of codeine phosphate in Compound Liquorice Tablets.Methods A Phenomenex C8 column was used with mobile phase consisted of 0.05mol·mL-1 KH2PO4-0.0025mol·mL-1CH3（CH2）6SO3Na-acetonitrile（18∶18∶5）.The flow rate was 1.5mL·min-1 with UV detection at 220nm.The injection volume was 10μL.Results The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 1.998～9.990μg·mL-1,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 100.0% with RSD of 2.0%.Conclusion The method is sensitive,precise and accurate.
