近红外光谱法等三种方法测定安乃近片含量的比较

摘　　要：目的比较3种测定安乃近片含量的方法,寻找一种有利于药品监管部门快速进行安乃近片的检验及评价的方法。方法分别采用近红外光谱法、高效液相色谱法及容量分析法测定安乃近片中安乃近的含量。结果碘量法与HPLC法、近红外光谱法测定安乃近片含量有显著性差异。结论近红外光谱法能对不同企业生产的安乃近片作出准确、快速、无损的定量测定,可用于药品的现场快速分析。Objective Compare with the three methods to determine the content of Analgin Tablet to get the best method for drug administration.Methods Use Near-infrared Spectroscopy,HPLC and analytical chemistry method to determine the content of Analgin Tablet.Results There were marked difference in the there methods.Conclusion Near-infrared Spectroscopy is a accurate,rapid,non-damage and simple method to determine the content of Analgin Tablet.
