摘　　要：目的总结近年来奥美拉唑不良反应报道,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对近几年有关奥美拉唑不良反应文献资料进行综述。结果其不良反应为过敏反应、心动过速、消化道出血、肝损害以及白细胞减少等。结论临床应重视奥美拉唑不良反应的危害性,保证安全用药。Objective By summing up ADR reports related omeprazole in recent years,provide a reference for clinical rational use of drugs.Methods Summarize the literatures related omeprazole ADR reports in recent years.Results Its ADRs were mainly hypersensitivity,tachycardia,alimentary canal hemorrhage,liver injury and leukopenia etc.Conclusion Doctor should be paid attention to the dangers of adverse reaction caused by omeprazole and to ensure the safety of clinical drug use.
