摘　　要：目的探讨提高Barton骨折疗效的方法和疗效。方法采用开放复位解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗15例Bar-ton骨折患者,进行早期功能锻炼。结果 15例患者术后获6~18个月的随访,骨折均获骨性愈合,愈合时间平均为3.5个月;按照M erchant标准,优良率达93.3%。结论掌侧型Barton骨折早期手术治疗效果好。Objective To explore the methods and clinical effects of treating Barton＇s fractures to the palm side.Methods Retrospectively analyse 15 cases of the palm side Barton＇s fracture who were treated in our hospital between January 2009 and January 2011.Fifteen patients were surgically treated with bone transplantation plus interlock plate internal fixation.All patients were asked to exercise early.Results Fifteen patients were followed up for 6-18 months.All patients achieved bone union and the duration of union was averaged 3.5 months.The excellent and good rate was 93.3%.Conclusion The palm side Barton＇s fracture should be treaded with early open reduction and T-type plate internal fixation.Reliable effect can be achieved.It provides satisfactory function of the wrist.
