摘　　要：目的观察亚太型Gamma钉治疗老年股骨转子周围骨折66例的疗效。方法对66例老年股骨转子周围骨折均采用亚太型Gamma钉固定。结果平均随访15个月,骨折愈合率96%,髋关节功能优良率89%。并发症:股骨干骨折1例,拉力螺钉退出2例,迟发感染1例。结论 Gamma钉治疗股骨转子周围骨折,具有损伤小,出血少,操作简便,固定牢固等优点,为治疗老年股骨转子周围骨折的有效方法之一。Objective To observe the effect of the national-made Gamma nail to treat 66 cases of elderly peritrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods Sixty-six cases of elderly peritrochanteric femoral fractures were treated with fixation of gamma nail.Results The mean follow-up period were 15 months.The healing rate was 96%,89% cases had good hip functions.The complications included： one case of femoral shaft fracture,2 cases of lag screw withdrawing the femoral head and one case with late infection.Conclusion Gamma nail could be used in the treatment of all types peritrochanteric femoral fracture.It had advantages such as simple operation,little operative damage,low blood loss and firmer fixation.Gamma nail was one of the ideal choices to treat the elderly peritrochanteric femoral fractures.
