摘　　要：随着社会上各种机械保有量的增加,由于机械的误操作所引发的事故呈逐年上升的趋势,为消除这种隐患,就需要再设计加装一套安全操纵机构,把由于误操作这种隐患所引发危险的可能性提前消除掉。The accidents are increasing year after year as the more machines are used.Many accidents are caused by the operator for misapplication.To eliminating these failures,we need to mount a set of safety operating mechanism on machines.It is easy to eliminate the hidden failures by adopting these mechanisms in advance.
