摘　　要：针对具有凹凸型面的外圆表面加工,设计制造一套可安装于车床上的专用凸轮仿形传动机构,将传统的成形铣削改为车削加工,从而保证加工质量,大大提高工效。A contour processing mechanism with special cam is designed and made for cylindrical surfacing with concave convex profile, this device could be fixed on the lathe to change the traditional milling process into turning in order to ensure processing quality and improve work efficiency enormously.
