摘　　要：总结并分析了国内外几次典型地震震害经验,在此基础上从城市规划、工程抗震和应急救援能力建设三方面探讨了提高城市抗震防灾能力的几点建议,从而解决了城市抗震安全问题。The paper sums up and analyzes some typical earthquake experience at home and abroad, and explores some suggestions for improving the ability for the urban anti-seismic and disaster reduction from the urban planning, the engineering anti-seismic and emergency assistance, so as to solve the urban anti-seismic safety problems.
