摘　　要：针对青海玉树地区受损房屋进行了震害分析,分别阐述了土木结构和砌体结构在地震中暴露出来的问题,包括墙体承载力、结构体型等方法,指出了玉树地区房屋在结构抗震方面存在较大安全隐患,应当引以为戒。The paper undertakes the analysis of earthquake diseases of the damaged houses in some areas of Yushu of Qinghai province, illustrates some unrevealed problems for the civil structures and masonry structure in the earthquake, including the loading capacity of walls and structural types, and points out the safety hidden dangers in the houses of Yushu in the aspect of structural anti-seismic, so as to arouse people＇ s attention.
