摘　　要：为提高二级以上医疗卫生机构对口支援乡镇卫生院项目成效,文章对支援前后各环节进行了探讨。包括支援前分析受援乡镇卫生院的现状及发展前景,制定支农期间乡镇卫生院的工作目标,以及在支援过程中如何共同促进乡镇卫生院工作目标的完成。In order to enhance the effectiveness of grade II and higher health-care institutions supporting township health centers,parts of the supporting were discussed in the article,including to analyze the current situation and prospects of the township health centers,to develop goals of the township health centers during the period of supporting,and to promote the completion of work objectives of the township health centers.
