摘 要:采用微加工技术制作了微芯片非接触电导检测系统。考察了激励电压、激励频率、样品溶液浓度对输出信号的影响,采用wewb 5.0软件对检测池的模拟电路进行了仿真模拟。通过比较试验和模拟结果,发现两者具有较好的一致性,说明模拟电路较好地反映了非接触电导检测池的电气特性。By applying the micro〉fabrication technology, a contactless conductivity detection (CCD) mierofluidic chip was fabricated. Various factor influential to the magnitude of output signal of the microchip system, including the excitation voltages, excitation frequency and concentrations of sample solutions and carrier solutions etc. , were studied and optimized. The electrical characteristics of the CCD cell were studied by simulating the simulation circuit of the detection cell with the software of wewb 5.0. As shown by the experimental results, good consistency was obtained and the simulation circuit represented equivalently the electrical characteristics of the CCD cell.
