摘 要:针对大庆油田含油污泥难以处理的特点,通过加入破乳剂和絮凝剂对含油污泥进行综合调质,利用调质-机械分离技术取得了油、水、泥三相分离的效果,考察了固液比、破乳剂种类及加量、温度、调质用絮凝剂的种类及加量、离心条件等因素的影响。结果表明该方法可使污油回收率达90%以上,能有效回收原油。Considering the difficulty of processing oily sludge in Daqing oilfield, both demulsifier and flocculant agents were added to improve oily sludge condition before having water-oil-sludge separated with a conditioning-mechanical separation technology. The influence from solid-liquid ratio, type and amount and temperature of intended demulsifier and flocculant as well as centrifugation condition were discussed. The results indicate that this method can increase the oil recovery ratio to 90% and above.
