摘  要:运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA非线性显示动力学有限元软件,对缠绕角度为15°的扁平绕带爆炸容器在承受内部中心点爆炸的冲击载荷作用的动力响应进行了数值分析。计算给出了容器最外层绕带的爆心对应处径向变形曲线,并与实验数据进行了比较。结果表明,应变率效应使绕带材料的屈服极限提高了60%以上;TNT装药量越大,爆心环面最外层钢带应变率越大,应变率效应越显著;TNT药量为400g时,考虑绕带材料应变率效应的绕带容器爆心环面最外层绕带的塑性变形降低了54%。Basing on both ANSYS/LS-DYNA and fluid-solid coupling algorithm, the dynamical response of vessels wound by flat ribbons at 15° and subjected to internal blast loading was simulated, and their radial deformation of the outermost ribbon corresponding to the explosion center were given and compared with experimental data ; and the strain rate effect of the ribbon material was analyzed. The results show that the yield stress of winding materials can be increased by over 60% ; and both strain rate and strain rate effect of outermost steel ribbons are in direct proportion to the mass of explosive load(TNT) , and regarding the wound vessels with strain rate effect-considered materials, the plastic deformation of the outermost ribbon corresponding to the vessel explosion center can be reduced by 54% while TNT mass stands at 400g.
