摘 要:目的研究肠内营养加黄芪对创伤大鼠细胞免疫功能CD4+/CD8+的影响。方法 40只SD大鼠,随机分为4组,每组10只,即正常对照组(A),创伤对照组(B),创伤后肠内营养治疗组(C)和肠内营养加黄芪治疗组(D)。双侧股骨离断及胃管置入术建立创伤及肠内营养模型,早期(创伤后3~5h)给予肠内营养及肠内营养加黄芪连续治疗6d,取血测定免疫指标T细胞表型CD4+,CD8+含量。结果创伤后大鼠肠内营养及加黄芪治疗后,CD4+细胞、CD4+/CD8+值C,D组均高于B组(P<0.05),以D组明显(P<0.01)。结论创伤后大鼠细胞免疫功能下降,早期肠内营养及肠内营养加黄芪可改善其细胞免疫功能,对创伤机体具保护作用。Objective To study the effects of enteral nutrition and enteral nutrition add astragalas on cellular immune function CD4^+/CD8^+ of rats traumatized. Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups (n=10): group A, without trauma (normal control), group B(traumatic control), group C(enteral nutrition ) and group D (enteral nutrition add astragalus) with bilateral femur fractures . The latter two groups received early enteral nutrition and enteral nutrition add astragalus began at 3 - 5 hours following stomach intracaval catheterization after trauma for 6 days, blood were obtained from heart of rats. CD4^+ cells and CD8^+ cells were analysed by FACS. Results CD4^+ cells counts and CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio were significantly decreased after trauma(P〈0.01). In groups C and D, CD4^+ cells counts and CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio were less decreased than group B (P〈0.05 in group C, P〈0.01 in group D). Conclusion Bilateral femur fractures impair the cellular immune function of rats. The early enteral nutrition add astragalus improve host immune response to trauma.
