腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣的临床应用

摘　　要：目的用腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣来修复小腿中下1/3段骨、钢板外露,踝足部、前足的组织缺损。方法对永平县医院2008年3月～2010年3月创伤致小腿中下段骨钢板外露,踝足部、前足的组织缺损,用该方法进行修复后分析。结果 15例不同患者均达到皮瓣存活,修复创面良好,随访14～24月患肢功能恢复良好。结论骨科医师熟练掌握该皮瓣术式,可以降低患者截肢率,减轻患者经济负担,提高该地区高能量创伤的救治水平。Objective Application of isle shape of skin petal to repair the lesion of leg. Methods The nervus suralis nutritious blood vessel retrograde isle shape of skin petal was used for repairing the vacancy Of tissue of bone, exposed steel, and part of ankle and former propodeum. Results 15 cases met the flap survival, the surface of wound was repaired well, and the functions of hurted limb return. Conclusion If the orthopedic physician masters the method of flap procedure proficiently, the rate of amputation and trauma can be reduced.
