摘　　要：目的探讨手术结合微波侧方切断栉膜带与部分内、外括约肌治疗陈旧性肛裂200例的临床治疗效果。方法采用手术结合微波侧方切断栉膜带与部分内、外括约肌治疗陈旧性肛裂200例,并观察其临床效果。结果 200例全部治愈,无大便失禁等后遗症的发生,一次手术治愈率为100%。结论采用手术结合微波的方法进行侧方切断栉膜带与部分内、外括约肌治疗陈旧性肛裂效果好,术式操作简单,痛苦小,无并发症,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of surgery combined with microwave lateral cut pecten band and part internal and external sphincter therapy on treating 200 cases of old anal fissure.Methods Using surgery combined with microwave lateral cut pecten band and part internal and external sphincter for treating 200 cases of old anal fissure and observed the clinical effect.Results All the patients were cured,no defecate incontinent,the cure rate was 100% of one time.Conclusion Using surgery combined with microwave method for lateral cut pecten band and part internal and external sphincter therapy for treating old anal fissure is easy to operate,with little pain and no complications,is worthy to be popularized.
