摘　　要：目的探讨腹内疝的临床诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析32例经手术证实为腹内疝的临床资料。结果术前均诊断为肠梗阻；32例均经过手术治愈。结论腹内疝临床诊断困难，误诊率高，早期手术是治愈的唯一方法。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of internal hernia. MethoOs The clinical data of 32 case of internal henia confirmed surgically in out hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were diagnosed as intestinal obstruction before surgery, and cured by surgical operation. Conclusion Clinical diagnosis of internal hernia is difficult and misdiagnosis rate is high. Early surgical operation is the only procedure to cure.
