摘 要:以结晶氯化铝、铝粉和硅溶胶为主要原料,用溶胶-凝胶法制备95多晶氧化铝纤维。研究了PEG的加入量和胶体黏度对纤维平均直径和单丝拉伸强度的影响,并对不同温度烧成的纤维单丝拉伸强度和比表面积进行了对比。结果表明:当PEG加入质量分数为4%、胶体黏度为30 Pa.s时,纤维平均直径为3.7μm,且拥有较好的强度;纤维的比表面积随烧成温度的提高而下降;1 000~1 100℃烧成的纤维平均单丝拉伸强度>800 MPa,烧成温度≥1 300℃时纤维由于内部晶粒长大开始出现明显的粉化。The 95 polycrystalline alumina fibers were prepared by sol-gel method,and using crystallization aluminum chloride,aluminum powder and silica sol as raw material.The effect of PEG addition amount and colloidal viscosity on average diameter and tensile strength of fibers was studied.The tensile strength of fibers and the specific surface area at various temperatures were compared.The results show that when the PEG addition amount is 4% and the colloidal viscosity is 30 Pa·s,the average diameter of fibers is 3.7 μm and it have better strength.The specific surface area of fiber decreases with the increase of firing temperature.The average tensile strength of fibers is more than 800 MPa when the firing temperature is 1 000-1 200 ℃.The fibers appear obvious pulverization because of internal grain growth when the firing temperature is higher than 1 300 ℃.
