2008年河北省健康人群流脑抗体水平分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解河北省健康人群A、C群脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌(Nm)抗体水平,为制定预防控制流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)措施提供依据。[方法]严格按照《全国流行性脑脊髓膜炎防控工作方案》要求分组采样,统一采用ELISA方法测定健康人群血清中A群、C群流脑IgG抗体含量。[结果]全省3市(邯郸、保定、承德市)8个年龄组共检测702人,流脑A群抗体平均含量15.92μg/ml,A群阳性率84.50%(590/702),阳性抗体含量中位数为10.64μg/ml;各年龄组之间抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=37.40,P﹤0.01);流脑C群抗体平均含量11.31μg/ml,C群阳性率71.37%(501/702),阳性抗体含量中位数为5.41μg/ml,各年龄组之间抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=29.69,P﹤0.05)。3个监测点之间,A群Nm抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义,C群Nm抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义。[结论]我省健康人群A群流脑抗体阳性率维持在较高水平,C群流脑抗体阳性率相对较低,表明大部分人对A群流脑有免疫力,提示今后应加强A+C流脑疫苗的预防接种。[Objective]To understand the antibody level of neisseria meningitis（Nm）type of A and C in healthy population,and to control the epidemic meningitis.[Methods]According to the demand of ＂Working scheme of prevention and control about epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in whole country＂,the sample population was collected.ELISA method was adapted to detect IgG antibody level of the serogroup A and C.[Results]702 persons of 8 age-groups were detected altogether in three city（Handan,Baoding,Chengde）,the result showed that the average antibody level of serogroup A was 15.92 μg/ml and positive rate was 84.50%（590/702）and the median of the antibody positive content was 10.64ug/ml.By statistical analysis,there was significant difference for antibody positive rate among different age groups（χ^2 = 37.40,P﹤0.01）,The average antibody level of serogroup C was 11.31μg/ml and positive rate was 71.37%（501/702）and the median of the antibody positive content was 5.41μg/ml,There was significant difference for antibody positive rate among different age groups（χ^2 = 29.69,P﹤0.05）.The results confirmed no difference in positive rate of serogroup A specific antibody among different districts,but distinguishable difference was found in positive rate of serogroup C specific antibody among them.[Conclusion]Positive rate of serogroup A specific antibody is relatively high in healthy population,most people in Hebei province are immunized against Group A meningococci.Such results indicate that the vaccine of A and C should be strengthened in the routine immunization.
