赣州市儿童恙虫病20例临床分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨儿童恙虫病的临床特点,减少误诊。[方法]回顾性分析2002～2009年收集的20例儿童恙虫病的临床表现、辅助检查、治疗及转归情况。[结果]所有病例均有野外活动史,溃疡或焦痂可作为恙虫病的主要表现,发生率100%。[结论]恙虫病临床表现复杂多样化,误诊率高,病史询问要详细,体格检查要全面细致。[Objective]To analyze the clinical manifestations of scrub typhus disease and to guide the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.[Methods]The clinical data of 20 scrub typhus disease patients were retrospectively analyzed.[Results]Twenty cases had history of contacting grass and brushwood,and all of them showed the sign of pyrexia.[Conclusion]The clinical manifestation of scrub typhus disease are complicated.Its misdiagnosing rate is high.Detailed inquiry of medical history and the strict medical examination are essential to reduce misdiagnosis.
