陕南3项目县艾滋病患者生存质量评价

摘　　要：[目的]与对照居民比较,评价艾滋病患者的生存质量情况,为改善艾滋病患者的生存质量提供依据。[方法]利用目前国际上通用的美国医学结局研究组研制的生存质量量表MOS-HIV量表(中文版),首次对陕南3个全球基金艾滋病项目县的艾滋病患者19人和对照居民38人进行入户问卷调查,运用Stata10.0统计软件进行数据分析。[结果]艾滋病患者在生存质量10个维度的得分均较低(满分100分),尤其是健康感受、精力/疲劳和角色功能这3个维度的得分,分别只有35.79分、47.11分和50.00分,躯体健康总分和心理健康总分分别只有41.26分和41.31分;生存质量10个维度得分和躯体健康总分、心理健康总分明显低于对照居民得分(P﹤0.05)。[结论]陕南3项目县艾滋病患者生存质量情况较差,明显低于对照组居民生存质量情况。[Objective]To evaluate the status of life quality of AIDS patients compared with the controlled group,and provide the evidences to improve the life quality of AIDS patients.[Methods]Adopted the internationally commonly used Life Quality Scale-MOS-HIV Scale（Chinese version）designed by American Medical Outcome Study Group to conduct household questionnaires survey targeted to 19 AIDS patients and 38 controlled residents in the three pilot counties in Southern Shaanxi Province with Global Fund AIDS Program;Used Stata10.0 to analyze the data.[Results]AIDS patients had lower scores in the 10 dimensions of life quality（full score was 100）,particularly at the dimensions on the feelings of health dimensions,energy/fatigue,and role function,in which three dimensions they only had 35.79 points,47.11 points and 50.00 points respectively,physical health score and mental health score only had 41.26 points and 41.31 points respectively;compared with the controlled group,besides the total scores of 10 dimensions,physical health score and mental health score were significantly lower（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusion]The life quality of AIDS patients is poorer in the three pilot counties and significantly worse than the controlled group.
