摘 要:[目的]探讨太极柔力球锻炼对老年人高血压指标的干预影响,为老年人选择适宜的、健身效果好的运动项目提供参考依据。[方法]对实验对象先进行20d的36式太极柔力球学习,掌握后配合音乐进行练习或训练90d,要求每天集中练习40min~1h,个人自练不少于30min。[结果]90d太极柔力球练习能降低老年人的收缩压(P﹤0.05),对男性老年人的舒张压良性改善有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),女性老年人有非常明显的促进作用(P﹤0.01);能显著降低老年人的全血粘度(高中低切)和UA水平(P﹤0.01);对女性老年人TC的降低有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),对男性老年人TC的改善尤为显著(P﹤0.01);对老年人HDL-C含量的升高有明显作用(男:P﹤0.05,女P﹤0.01),显著降低老年人LDL-C水平(P﹤0.01),对老年人高水平CRP有明显的刺激作用(P﹤0.05)。[结论]太极柔力球作为中低强度的有氧运动项目,对老年人血压指标的干预影响是积极的、有效的,可作为老年人预防和治疗高血压的有效锻炼项目进行普及。[Objective]To discuss the impact of Taiji softball on the interventions for elderly hypertension,to provide the reference in choosing the appropriate sports for the elderly.[Methods]The subjects studied 20 days of 36-styles Taiji softball,then trained and practiced 90 days,everyday training time focused 40min-1h,not less than 30 min.[Results]The 90-day Taiji Ball exercises reduced systolic blood pressure of older persons(P﹤0.05),improved diastolic blood pressure significantly(P﹤0.05),for older women,it had a very significant role in improvement(P﹤0.01);significantly reduced elderly people's whole blood viscosity(high low shear)and UA level(P﹤0.01);TC was lower in female elderly(P﹤0.05),improvement of TC in older men was particularly significant(P﹤0.01);exercise played a significant role in the increase of HDL-C levels(male:P﹤0.05,women P﹤0.01)and the reduce of LDL-C levels(P﹤0.01).CRP was significantly stimulated in the elderly(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]Taiji softball as low intensity aerobic exercise program for the elderly has positive,effective impact on intervention of elderly blood pressure,and which can be used as prevention and treatment of hypertension in the elderly.
