摘 要:目的:建立动力学光度法测定柠檬酸的新方法。方法:在酸性介质中,柠檬酸对溴酸钾、溴酚蓝、钒(V)催化体系具有强烈的活化作用,在最大吸收波长587 nm及最佳实验条件下,测定催化体系和活化催化体系吸光度的变化,建立测定柠檬酸的新方法。结果:测定柠檬酸的线性范围为0.12 mg/ml~97.00 mg/ml,方法的检出限为4.026×10-7 g/ml。结论:该方法直接用于柠檬复合果汁中柠檬酸的测定,结果满意。Objective:To establish a kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of citric acid.Methods:In acid medium,citric acid had a remarkable activation effect on the catalytic system of potassium bromate,bromophenol blue and vanadium(V),based on which,kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of citric acid was established.The absorbance of the catalytic systems and the activation catalytic systems were measured at the maximum absorption of 587 nm and the optimum conditions.Results:The linear range of the determination was between 0.12 mg/ml~97.00 mg/ml and the detection limit was 4.026 ×10-7 g/ml.Conclusion:The method has been used directly for the determination of citric acid in drinks with the satisfactory results.
