乙型肝炎患者CRP检测的临床意义及细胞水平研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨乙型肝炎患者C反应蛋白(CRP)检测的临床意义,并在细胞水平研究乙型肝炎病毒对CRP mRNA表达的影响。方法:通过德灵BNⅡ特种蛋白仪检测HBV患者和健康对照者CRP血清学水平,分析在不同病情时CRP表达水平的差异;并采用RT-PCR检测人肝癌细胞系HepG2和HepG2.2.15中CRP mRNA的表达。结果:CRP在乙型肝炎患者血清学水平升高,总体差异有统计学意义﹝F=21.38,P<0.01),特别是肝癌患者平均血清水平显著升高(P<0.01)。HepG2.2.15细胞中CRP mRNA的表达水平较HepG2高。结论:CRP血清学水平与乙型肝炎患者病情密切相关,而且HBV在细胞水平能够上调CRP的表达。Objective：To study the clinical implication of C-reaction Protein（CRP）in patients with HBV infection,and explore the effect of hepatitis B virus（HBV） on the expression of CRP at the cellular level.Methods：Serum CRP levels in patients with HBV infection and healthy individuals were measured by Behring nephelometer systems（BNⅡ）,the expression of CRP difference among patients with chronic hepatitis B,liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma were analyzed.Then mRNA expression of CRP in HepG2 and HepG2.2.15 cells was measured by RT-PCR.Results：The serum CRP level was higher in HBV patients as compared to healthy individuals,and the total differences were of statistical significance（F=21.38,P0.01）.Especially the average serum levels of CRP was much higher in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma than other patients（P0.01）.Expression of CRP mRNA was higher in HepG2.2.15 cells than in HepG2 cells.Conclusion：The serum CRP level is associated with the disease progression,and HBV can increase the expression of CRP.
