血液透析系统灭菌效果评价方法的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究建立血液透析系统灭菌效果的评价方法。方法:采用定性杀灭试验和模拟现场试验方法并参照消毒技术规范和内镜清洗消毒机消毒效果检验技术规范,对未经灭菌的透析器和已灭菌的透析器分别安装于血透系统进行消毒和鉴定。结果:消毒液作用于未经灭菌的血液透析器5.5 h,采样液培养后均无菌生长;通过血透机清洗程序,作用相同时间,采样液经培养均无菌生长。消毒液作用于已灭菌的透析器,通过设定的血透系统消毒程序,对人工污染于载体内的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀灭对数值为6.26(>3.00)。结论:通过血透系统的清洗和灭菌程序,消毒后的血液透析系统经检测分别达到灭菌效果。Objective：To research and establish the method of evaluating disinfecting results of blood dialysis system.Methods：Using qualitative killing test and simulated field test method and refering to ＂Technical Standard for Disinfection＂ and＂Test Technical Specifications for Endoscope Disinfection Effect＂,to treat the un-sterilized and sterilized blood dialysis system.Results：Sterile growth was found in sample solution after cultivation,when disinfectants acted on the blood dialysis system without sterilization for 5.5 h.The same result was obtained through cleaning procedures of blood dialysis system within the same time.When disinfectants acted on the sterilized blood dialysis system through the cleaning and disinfecting procedures of blood dialysis system,the average killing logarithm values of spores of Bacillus subtilis polluted by man-made factors are 6.26（3.00）.Conclusion：Through the cleaning and disinfecting procedures,the blood dialyzer system were all to achieve disinfecting results.
