淋巴细胞VCS参数在鉴别诊断病毒感染中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨淋巴细胞VCS参数在鉴别诊断病毒感染中的应用。方法:分析81例病毒感染患者淋巴细胞VCS参数中平均淋巴细胞体积(MLV),高频传导参数(MLC)及体积分布宽度(LVD)的变化。用90名健康志愿者作为正常对照组,并与57例慢性淋巴细胞白血病组(CLL组)和34例非霍奇金淋巴瘤组(NHL)进行了比较分析。结果:病毒感染时MLV、LVD比健康对照组明显增高(q为3.505、.15 P<0.01),而MLC则比健康对照组降低(q为5.70 P<0.01)。病毒感染组与CLL组比较,MLC、LVD差别无统计学意义(q分别为1.34、1.36P均>0.05),但CLL组的MLV明显低于病毒感染组(q为8.91,P<0.01)。病毒感染组与NHL组比较,MLV、LVD差别无统计学意义(q分别为0.91、0.28,P均>0.05),但NHL组的MLC比病毒感染组高(q为3.55 P<0.01)。结论:淋巴细胞VCS参数能反映淋巴细胞的形态学变化,在诊断与鉴别病毒感染时是一个经济快速的观察指标。Objective：To explore the clinical value of the lymphocyte VCS parameters in differential diagnosis of the virus diseases.Methods：Peripheral blood samples from 81 patients with virus infection and 90 healthy control subjects were studied.The VCS parameters of mean channels of the volume（MLV）,conductivity（MLC）,and lymphocyte volume distribution width（LVD） were retrospectively analyzed compared with the VCS parameters of the 57 chronic lymphocyte leukemia（CLL） and 34 non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma（NHL） patients.Results：MLV and LVD increased significantly in virus infection patients compared with that of control subjects（q value are 3.50,5.15,P0.01）,but MLC decreased significantly in virus infection patients compared with the healthy control（q value is 5.70,P0.01）.There is no significant difference in MLC and LVD between viurs infection group and CLL group（q value are 1.34,1.36,P0.05）,but MLV decreased significantly in CLL group（q value is 8.91,P0.01）.Also there is no significant difference in MLC,LVD between viurs infection group and NHL group（q value are 0.91,0.28,P0.05）,but MLC increased significantly in NHL group（q value is 3.55,P0.01）.Conclusion：The VCS parameters of lymphocyte can reflect the morphological changes,which is an obviously rapid economic indicator in the diagnosis and identification of the virus infection.
