摘  要:目的:了解糖尿病患者、血糖调节受损者与血糖正常人群血清铜、锌和镁元素含量的差异,并探讨血糖变化与微量元素含量之间的关系,为中老年人健康诊断提供初步的依据。方法:随机选取大连市中老年人体检血清样本188例,根据血糖值将研究对象分为糖耐量正常组(NGT),血糖调节受损组(IGT),新诊糖尿病组(NDM)。利用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)分别测定其血清中铜、锌和镁的含量,并进行相关性分析。结果:NDM组血清锌含量显著低于NGT组(P<0.05),血清镁含量显著低于正常组(P<0.05)和IGT组(P<0.01),铜元素没有显著性差异。血清铜、锌和镁含量在NGT组和IGT组中,呈显著相关(P<0.01)。结论:血糖调节受损者和糖尿病患者体内存在铜、锌和镁元素代谢紊乱,对糖尿病的预防及治疗有着重要的意义。Objective:In order to understand the differences of the serum copper,zinc and magnesium contents among the normal glucose tolerance group(NGT),impaired glucose tolerance group(IGT)and newly diagnosed mellitus group(NDM),the relationship between the blood glucose and trace element contents were discussed and preliminary basis can be provided for the health of the elderly.Methods:Serum of 188 aged and elderly person were selected randomly in Dalian and divided into NGT,IGT and NDM by the glucose values.The trace elements were detected by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).And the correlations were analyzed by SPSS.Results:Serum zinc in NDM was significantly lower than NGT group(P0.05),serum magnesium was significantly lower than NGT group(P0.05) and IGT group(P0.01),no significant difference in copper.Serum copper,zinc and magnesium content in the NGT group and the IGT group were significantly correlated(P0.01).Conclusion:The metabolic disorders of copper,zinc and magnesium had happened between IGT group and NDM group.It is important for the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
